Preparing
and Filing a Trademark Application
After completing a search, the next step is having an attorney
prepare and file your Trademark Application with the Patent
and Trademark Office in Arlington, Virginia. We will make
sure that your trademark application satisfies the legal
requirements of the Trademark Office, so that your application
has the best chance of being allowed.
Trademark Applications:
If you have a distinctive brand name or
logo for your products or services, our
office can conduct a professional
trademark search for your mark and, if
appropriate, quickly prepare and file a
trademark application. Once your
application is filed, you may use the TM
symbol next to your mark to indicate
that you are claiming rights in that
mark.
